What if I need to modify my order?

After your order has been submitted, you have 30 minutes to change certain information:

Payment method
Billing Information such as name, address, or phone number
To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service at  Your method of payment may need to be re-authorized if changes are made to your order, so please have it available
What if I need to change my shipping address?
The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed
Shipping information such as name, address, phone number Item color, or size
Can I get same day delivery?

No, But you can opt for the Next day delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We deliver products to customers all over the United States. 2-7 depends on the loacation.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order may be delivered by courier companies. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order.

How can I find an item online or in-store?
Use our search tool, located at the top of the phpstack-887945-3092640.cloudwaysapps.com site page, to help find an item that you’ve seen in a store.
There are many ways to search for an item:
  • Enter the item’s name
  • Enter a short description
  • Enter the brand
  • Once your information is entered, select the magnifying glass and your results will populate.
Please note: Although Trivostore.com offers a wide selection of items, not everything found in stores is available online.
How to get a refund?
Once we receive your mailed return in-store, we’ll process your credit immediately. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed.
Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
I lost my password, how to login?

Go to LOGIN / REGISTER and click Log In > Forgot Password
Enter the email used to log into your account
A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.

Follow the instructions for resetting your password through the Forgot Password link.

If your order consists of items from more than one supplier, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from a single supplier, your items may arrive together or separately. If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.
